Bought this watch for my girl friend. Really great buy. LCD display is small but you can see all displays easily. Band is white and will get dirty with time, so cleaning will be required. Waveceptor works great as she is currently vacationing in NY and time adjusted for itself. She loves the fact that it is solar powered and doesn’t look masculine like the traditional solar casio’s. She wears it everywhere she goes.
Overall its a really good watch and price was great!!

I bought this watch based on Tbone’s review. His review was ERRONEOUS. This watch is NOT waterproof. I called Casio Customer Service; you CANNOT even go into the shower with this watch. Now, I have to return this and search for another watch that is solar and waterproof. What a waste of time. I wish Amazon would fact check their reviews before featuring and spotlighting them.
The name Waveceptor is also deceiving, it sounds like a watch where you can go into the water. The waveceptor is for the atomic time synching, it has nothing to do with the water.

This watch is pretty much everything I was looking for. Solar power, perpetual calender, atomic, stop watch,…etc, you name it. It looks prettier than it is in the picture. Totally worth the money. I just hope to get a metal band and a more scratch resistant surface (but I am sure if that exists, it won’t be in the same price range).

I either keep losing my shades, or people keep stealing them! Whichever it is, I decided to buy 3 pairs of these sunglasses so I never had to go without.
I live at 6,000 feet in Colorado, so the sun is very bright and piercing. These shades have performed excellently and my vision is tack sharp through the lenses, so I am certain that they are optically neutral. The fit is also very comfortable as they are very light and ergonomically shaped to fit the head. I also like the very modern style.
I really have nothing negative to report at all about these shades. They have exceeded my expectations in many ways and are a sure sign that most sunglass retailers are taking us all for a ride with their hugely inflated prices.
